What is Amzn’s Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel an order through the Amzn website/M-site/app until it has been packed at our warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. How do I cancel my order?

For order cancellation, please contact our Customer Care team at sales@sncmobile.in or on +91-8777410441. Kindly note, orders can only be cancelled before they are packed in our warehouse.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

For order payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive the refund (including the shipping charges) into the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.

If the payment was made using Amzn store credits or mobile wallet, you will receive the refund amount into your Amzn Store Credits or mobile wallet within 24-48 business hours.

If the payment was made by redeeming an Amzn Gift Card, you will receive the refund amount into your Amzn Store Credits within 24-48 business hours. Any amount paid over and above the gift card value, will be refunded to the source account in accordance with the above timelines for Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Store Credits, Mobile Wallet, and COD
